Terms of Use

The lessor (Meet&Go Gestió d’Inversions S.L.) grants the lessee the use of the premises during the hours specified in the order.
The rental amount must be paid when making the reservation.
If you wish to stay longer than the hours contracted, you must discuss it in advance, provided that it is not reserved by another client outside of that agreed schedule.
The premises include: a 65-inch television, microwave, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, 25 chairs, 20 tables, and a water dispenser.
The lessee must leave the premises as they were delivered and will be responsible for paying for damages to rented material or the room if they occur.
This contract is only for rental: any incident occurring within the premises will be the responsibility of the person renting it. The lessee is liable for any damage, both material and personal, that may occur.
The maximum capacity of the room is 55 people. Due to the current health crisis, the capacity is limited to 27 people.
The premises comply with current regulations and COVID protocols, and the lessee is responsible for compliance within the room. The owner is exempt from all responsibility for the possible misuse of the space.
Smoking is completely prohibited on the premises, as is the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors under 18 years of age. It is prohibited to remove furniture or any item from inside the room to the public road. It is also strictly prohibited to hold parties or play loud music and disturb the rest of the neighbors.
Failure to comply with the rules by the lessee or any of the people who access the room will imply the suspension of the event, and the restitution and possession of the premises will be required.
In case of cancellation, the conditions will be the following:

If the client reserves the room and, later, on a visit to see the facilities, sees that it is not of interest for their event, 75% of the reservation amount will be returned, provided that the cancellation is communicated during the 30 minutes after the visit.
If the client cancels the reservation 10 days or more before the event, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
If the client cancels the reservation between 9 and 5 days before the event, 25% of the amount will be refunded.
If the client cancels the reservation in the 4 days prior to the event, no refund will be made.
